A Woman and a Man

Come, let’s wear each other’s skin,

just so because we can

Walking the magnificent landscapes

of our weary souls;

a woman and a man

Tell me your fears,

the gravest of them all

Breathe in them a dark life;

let them seep through your skin

I will taste their bitter salt;

sharing your burden

and making you win

Tell me your dreams,

the prettiest of them all

Make them butterflies;

let them flutter with your heart

I will kiss their delicate wings;

weaving new patterns

and making them art

Tell me your desires,

the darkest of them all

Make them the steaming moss,

let them nestle betwixt your thighs

I will taste their moisture;

making my own,

your whispering sighs

Come, let’s wear each other’s skin,

just so because we can;

walking the magnificent landscapes

of our weary souls ;

a woman and a man
